About Danielle J. Beckom, CEO
Danielle J. Beckom is a highly accomplished finance and operations strategist with over 15 years of experience across accounting, financial systems management, and healthcare innovation. As the Founder and CEO of DB Financial Group LLC, she leads with a vision that blends technical accuracy with social responsibility—proving that sound finance can fuel equitable change.
A graduate of Nyack College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Beckom’s career reflects a balance of corporate leadership and community purpose. She has excelled in roles requiring financial oversight, compliance management, and operational strategy—cultivating partnerships across finance, healthcare, and government sectors.
In recognition of her impact, the Charlotte Business Journal honored Beckom for her innovative use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Real-World Data (RWD) to address social determinants of health. Her analytical approach integrates fiscal modeling, data transparency, and predictive analytics to help institutions improve access, accountability, and outcomes for underserved populations.
“We can’t solve what we don’t measure,” Beckom explains. “By combining data science with finance, we’re identifying inequities—and creating economic pathways to close them.”
Beyond her leadership at DB Financial Group, Beckom served with Major League Baseball’s Office of the Commissioner as part of the Security & Facilities Operations Management Department, providing operational and fiscal coordination for over 100 law enforcement leaders and all 30 MLB Clubs.
A proud advocate for youth mentorship, Danielle credits her early Talented & Gifted education, guidance from the Sisters of the Rites of Passage, and access to community opportunity programs for inspiring her lifelong mission: to use financial knowledge as a force for good.
Danielle is an active board memeber of IAMWONDAWOMAN FOUNDATION.
Danielle is a proud Auntie of a niece Sophia Henry and two nephews Devon and Donovan Beckom, whose curiosity and resilience motivate her daily to champion financial literacy, equity, and generational advancement.
